Fortress Self Storage is a 100% local family run business. We have 40+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining commercial, industrial and residential complexes in the Tri-Cities area. FORTRESS IS GREEN
The heating system at Fortress Self Storage is an environmentally responsible and energy-efficient geo-exchange system that pumps well water through five Nordic heat pumps.
Well water will be deposited back into the earth just as it was prior to its use without any negative environmental impact. All of our geo-exchange heat pump systems are connected to an in-floor radiant heat distribution system that warms all floors.
Fortress Self Storage conserves energy by using timed LED low-voltage lights that only come on when the motion sensors are triggered.
